Amy Hoke, RN, LLC has an extensive medical background along with legal training in both state and national law. She received her board certification through the American Society of Legal Nurse Consultants. Her goal is to find the key issues that will build and support a solid case.
As a legal nurse consultant, she provides pre-litigation and litigation support services to attorneys specializing in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, toxic tort, workers' compensation, product liability, and criminal law. Amy provides professional, clinical analysis of any medical record to assist in determining the value of the case, witnesses, and defendants.
